Cornered, Dio dons the Stone Mask — an ancient Aztec artifact found in the Joestar manor — and becomes a vampire. He kills Lord Joestar and burns the estate. After meeting Speedwagon, Jonathan encounters the Ripple master Will Anthonio Zeppeli and begins training to fight back.

The serial killer Yoshikage Kira, a hand fetishist, is revealed to be hiding in Morioh under a stolen identity. Despite wielding Killer Queen's bomb ability and the Bites the Dust time-reversal ability, Kira is defeated in a climactic battle, and peace returns to Morioh.

Giorno Giovanna, son of DIO yet bearing Joestar blood, joins the Italian gang Passione with aspirations of becoming a Gang-Star. Assigned to Bruno Bucciarati's team, he initiates a rebellion against the Boss and his drug trade.

Battles Against the Assassination Team and Closing in on the Boss
While escorting the Boss's daughter Trish, Bucciarati's team is targeted by Passione's assassination squad. After defeating each assassin, the team discovers the Boss intends to kill Trish himself. Bucciarati defects, and the battle escalates into a race for the Arrow.

Father Pucci Activates Made in Heaven and the Universe Resets

Josuke Higashikata Found Emerging from the Wall Eyes with No Memory
In post-earthquake Morioh of an alternate world, Yasuho Hirose discovers a naked, amnesiac young man emerging from the 'Wall Eyes' — a mysterious formation created by the disaster. Named Josuke Higashikata, his true identity and the secret of the Wall Eyes drive the narrative.

Hidden Conflict Between the Higashikata Family and the 'Rock Humans' Over the Locacaca Fruit
The 'Rock Humans' — a species with preternatural abilities — scheme around the Locacaca fruit tied to the Higashikata family. Josuke uncovers his true nature as a fusion of two people inside the Wall Eyes, and battles to obtain the Locacaca to cure his family's illness.

Josuke Defeats Tooru's Wonder of U and the Story Concludes
Wonder of U, which brings calamity upon anyone who pursues its user, seems untouchable. Josuke neutralizes and defeats Tooru through Yasuho's resourcefulness and an equivalent exchange using the Locacaca of the Holy Corpse. Morioh moves toward a new future.
